Returns are available within 14 days of your online order delivery date. 

No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for items that are shipped to the Netherlands. The items’ prices and shipping costs include VAT and are thus listed as gross prices. For deliveries outside of The Netherlands sales tax (VAT) as well as customs duties and handling fees are not included in the price of the item.
